At Anabex, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help within the guidelines below.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unused.
  • The product is unopened.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

If these conditions are met, you may qualify for a refund once your return has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been:

  • Opened
  • Used
  • Damaged after delivery
  • Missing original packaging

Because Anabex is a consumable product, opened or used products are not eligible for a refund.

Right to Deny Returns

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

If we determine that a product has been opened, used, tampered with, or does not meet our return requirements, Anabex reserves the right to deny the refund request.

Returned products that do not meet our eligibility requirements may be discarded or returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We'll review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
