We want you to be happy with Anabex. If it's not for you, email us within 30 days of the date your order was delivered and we'll refund the price of your Anabex tins. You don't need to send the product back.

How to request a refund
1. Email elvomarketing@gmail.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
2. Tell us briefly why it wasn't a fit (optional, but it helps us improve).

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.

Limits
- One money-back guarantee per customer.
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery aren't covered.

Damaged or wrong item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund.
